Topik : BEATING PROCRASTINATION (MELAWAN BERTANGGUH)


Bertangguh adalah langkah awal utk gagal.

Siapkan kerja hari ini, hari ini. Kerana esok sudah tersedia kerjanya yg tersendiri.

BERTANGGUH !! >>halangan utama drpd mnjadi muslim yg produktif.

so, must get rid of it.

Tips2 elak bertangguh :-

1) Find out why?
  • kan sumtimes, ade keje2 yg kite mmg saje2 rse nk delay. xde mood nk buat dia lg..so, bg kes2 mcm ni, kite kne cari punca sebenar kite delay. Mungkin kite x faham..sbb tu kite bertangguh. So, klau mcm tu, kite kne la blaja dr sesiapa utk helps kita siapkan keje tu.
2) Become a PRO
  • Kne tanamkan dlm diri. eg. u are a student. sumtimes, u didnt feel like to finish ur homework. Then, u need to tanamkan dlm brain kite bhw, kite adalah pelajar yg profesional, kite akan siapkan jugak keje tu walaupon kite x suka.
3) Pomodoro technique (Setting a timer)
  • Sometimes, kite decide utk x buat sesuatu keje tu after thinking abt it. We dont even start. So, teknik ni ajar, kite set timer, 25 minutes only (not more, nor less) utk kite wat keje yg kite delay tu. Then, if hati kata malas gak, then our brain will ckp, its only 25 minutes. Some ppl only need that as the kick start. After that 25 mins, they already into it and can cont finish their work. Or, ir that work really annoys u, then, after 25 mins, get a not-so-confortable-break eg, walk, make tea..(remember not to use ur slipping point as ur break, eg, fb...coz it will drag ur break to forever..hee)...then, continue for another 25 mins...and so on...
4) Remove distractions
  • Clear ur table, only put the one u really need a that time. Too many books also will reduce ur focus. Off ur mobile device, clear up ur desktop, dun connect to internet while working except for works-related stuff only.
5) Make a public pledge (perjanjian secara terbuka)
  • Memberitahu seseorang yg anda respek/xnak kecewakan mengenai target anda. eg, 'Dr. Sieo, i'm planning to finish my cation experiment next week.' But remember, this technique will not be berkesan if that person is ur fren. Coz, fren tend to be too 'baik hati' towards urself.
6) Ambik wudhuk n solat 2 rakaat
  • Klau x boleh nk buat gak, then try mtk pertolongan dr Yang Maha Menolong
7) Minta pertolongan dari Allah
  • Adukan masalah pd Yg Maha Mendengar, minta dgn ikhlas pertolongan-Nya. InsyaAllah.


PLAN UR DAILY SCHEDULE (LIFE)

1) Rancang pekerjaan anda within solat time.
2) Eat-that-frog
  • Make a list, then buat yg paling kite x suke dulu. Makan katak tu. So, things afterwards would appear to be easy.
3) Senaraikan 3 priority utk sehari


*We must have a goal and target, but remember not to forget to enjoy the journey :)
