Disconnect + Simplify = Focus
So, utk improves our focus muscle, kite kne disconnect and simplify.
How to Disconnect? *nak dc pon kne ajar dlm seminar oke..urghh
1) Set a dc time - tetapkan waktu utk dc mcm 5 jam sehari
2) Solitude zone - go to simple, quiet time
3) Get outside - jln2 ambik angin, tgk pemandangan
4) Try leave ur mobile device ! hehe..this wud be the hardest
Simplify
1) Tanamkan zuhud dlm diri - having dunia in ur hands, not in ur heart
2) De-clutter ur life - got exercise here.
Imagine if u need to leave ur house today, try list 100 things that u need to take with u.
At last, u will only list only around 20-30 things, coz actually, we dont need so much stuff in our lives. So, start to simplify.
Try to simplify our table, and take only things that we want to work at one time. That will increase our focus.
3) Slow down - if we had a busy lifestyle, we can slow down ourselves by performing solat.
Para sahabat pernah berkata, rehatkan kami dgn solat.
Perkara lain yg affect our focus :-
Solat :- help u slow down
:- mengingatkan kita tujuan hidup yg paling utama - menyembah Allah
:- re-energize ourselves
:- khusyu' dlm solat akan mmbantu anda fokus dlm pekerjaan lain, so try dptkan khusyu' dlm solat k.
Menundukkan pandangan :-
- Mengurangkan gangguan pd hati
- Allah akan kurniakan kita pandangan yg menembusi hijab
- Allah akan kurnikan cahaya dlm hati
Kurangkan risau
*worrying abt the past is insane, worrying abt the future is stupid. but learning from the past to improves future is wisdom.
Cara kurgkan risau :-
- Solat
- Baca Al-Quran
- Doa
- Faham & belajar tafsir
- Cuba hafal Al-Quran
Cara2 utk fokus atau istiqamah dlm mmbaca Al-Quran :-
- Tetapkan satu masa yg spesifik
- Baca bukan sekadar baca - baca utk mengajar/memahami : baca tafsir sekali
- Berdoa sambil membaca
- Jadikan sumber rujukan dlm hidup - Jika kamu mmpunyai masalah, maka kembalilah kpd Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah (2 perkara yg ditinggalkan oleh Rasulullah SAW sbg pedoman umatnya)
Ambil yg jernih, amalkan. Supaya kita pon jadi jernih jugak k :)))
